2/ Military background: Nine years in the US Navy as a nuclear reactor operator (ETN) onboard the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) & USS La Jolla (MTS 701).

3/ Why did you join the military: I contacted the local recruiter the day after I received my financial aid letter from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

4/ Where are you going to school: I am a rising junior at Harvard University studying economics with a citation in Mandarin Chinese.

5/ Favorite books: One Up on Wall Street by Peter Lynch & Expeditionary Force by Craig Alanson

6/ Favorite movies: The Boat That Rocked (2009), A Knight’s Tale (2001)
